3) How long does a shot last?

Exact results will differ by person, but for the average person, its effects can be felt for several hours. Just imagine what it could do if you were an above average person!

4) When should I take Everyday Energy Shots?

Although the timing of your consumption is entirely at your discretion, we would recommend taking it once early in your day to get jump started and then again if you need something to carry through the day or to burn the midnight oil.

5) Why are Everyday Energy Shots in powder form?

Glad you asked. Using a powder form is central to our product's appeal because of several reasons:
1. More convenient to keep a shot with you whenever you need it.
2. Allows us to offer a more affordable shot.
3. Flexibility – you can mix it with water and it tastes great! But you can also add any liquid you like or even add it to any flavored drink of any size.
4. More friendly to the environment because the shot bottle is reusable and the stick packs are recycleable.

6) Can I mix it with something besides water?

Sure, when using the shot bottle you can mix it with water, your favorite juice, a sports drink or whatever else suits your tastes. If you don’t have the shot bottle handy, you can add the powder to the last few ounces of a water bottle or any other drink for an instant shot. You can also add it to any drink of any size to give that drink the added energy and mind boosting ingredients it is missing.

7) How much caffeine is in each serving?

Our proprietary energy blend contains about the same amount of caffeine as a 8oz cup of premium coffee. 

8) Why doesn't Everyday Energy Shots cause you to crash?

We have strived to use natural ingredients that your body already uses and can metabolize at a steady rate. To that end, our proprietary energy blend has ingredients that your body will metabolize at different rates. This means that the overall caffeine effect is spread out, lasts longer, and won't cause a big letdown at the end.

10) What flavors are available?

Lemon Lime and we will soon be introducing Citrus as well as several other flavors.

11) How many calories does it have?

Each stick pack contains 0 calories. However, the calorie count will change depending on what you mix it with.

12) Is it safe to drink before exercise?

Not only are Everyday Energy Shots safe to take before or after exercise, but the ingredients in each shot are actually beneficial for exercise. From helping in recovery, maintaining muscle mass, cutting fat, and increasing metabolism, our shots have both brains and brawn.

13) Have Everyday Energy Shots been approved by the FDA?

Our product is categorized as a "dietary supplement" under FDA regulations. Ingredients used in our product are either found naturally or are organic and generally recognized as safe. Our product is manufactured in an FDA inspected, cGMP compliant facility under the most rigid safety and quality assurance standards.
